First: Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Sporters Dome: The operator of the sports courts and sports services, Sarh Entertainment Co. Ltd.

User / Customer: Any person who uses the website, books a court, purchases a subscription, or benefits from the services.

Guardian: The person who legally represents a minor, registers on their behalf, and approves these Terms.

Booking: The reservation of a court or sports facility on a specific date and time through the website or any channel approved by the management.

Subscription: Registration in a training program, sports academy, or specific package provided by Sporters Dome.

Services: Include court bookings, sports subscriptions, training programs, events, and any other services provided by Sporters Dome.

Personal Data and Sensitive Data: Data that identifies the user, including sensitive data such as health data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

2. Use of the Website

The website is used for viewing available services, checking schedules, making bookings, paying fees, and managing bookings or subscriptions.

The user is required to provide correct and accurate information when registering or booking, including name, mobile number, email address, and payment details. The management has the right to cancel any booking or subscription if incorrect information or unlawful use of the website is proven.

The website may not be used for any purpose that violates applicable laws, public morals, third-party rights, or causes harm to the website, services, or other users.

To use the website and make bookings or subscriptions, the user must have full legal capacity and be at least 18 years old. For minors, registration must be completed by the guardian or with the guardian’s approval and under the guardian’s responsibility.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through the website according to the available time slots displayed to the user at the time of booking.

The booking or subscription fee must be paid in full through the approved electronic payment methods. The booking shall be considered confirmed after the payment is completed and a confirmation message or notification is received.

All displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15%, unless otherwise stated.

Sporters Dome reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or operating hours at any time. Such changes shall not affect previously confirmed bookings, except in the case of a technical error or circumstances beyond control.

The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of booking details, including the date, time, court type, booking duration, and number of participants.

4. Commitment to Booking Time

The user must arrive at the scheduled booking time. The use of the court ends at the end of the reserved time without automatic extension.

No compensation will be provided for lost time if the user arrives late. The management has the right to refuse any extension, whether or not there is a subsequent booking or operational conflict.

The court and its related facilities must be vacated at the end of the booked time in order to protect the rights of other users.

5. Use of Courts and Facilities

All users must use the courts and facilities in a safe and appropriate manner for their intended sports purpose.

It is prohibited to use the courts for any non-sporting activity, private or commercial events, professional photography, or undeclared group activities without prior approval from the management.

It is prohibited to bring hazardous materials, inappropriate tools, or any equipment that may damage the court or pose a risk to others.

The management may issue specific instructions for each court or sport, and users must fully comply with such instructions.

6. General Conduct

Users must maintain mutual respect and must not cause disturbance, disorder, damage, or abuse toward employees, players, or visitors.

The use of inappropriate language, aggressive behavior, verbal or physical assault, or any conduct that violates public decency is prohibited.

The management has the right to cancel a booking or remove any user from the facility without compensation in the event of violating the rules, threatening safety, or disturbing others.

7. Safety and Liability

The user acknowledges that practicing sports activities may involve physical risks, and that the use of the courts is at the user’s own responsibility. The user or guardian shall sign a risk acknowledgment when registering for programs and academies.

Sporters Dome is committed to providing a suitable and safe sports environment as much as reasonably possible. However, Sporters Dome shall not be liable for injuries resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, rough play, or the participant’s health or fitness condition.

The foregoing does not affect Sporters Dome’s liability for damages resulting from its fault, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or a defect in the facilities or equipment. This clause may not be interpreted as an exemption from such liability.

The user or guardian must disclose any health condition or injury that may affect the practice of sports activity, especially when subscribing to training programs or academies.

Sporters Dome shall not be liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings inside the facility. Users are advised to keep their personal belongings safe.

8. Damages and Misuse

The user shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the courts, equipment, or facilities due to misuse, intentional conduct, or negligence.

The management has the right to require the user to pay the cost of repair, replacement, or any costs resulting from the damage.

9. Subscriptions and Training Programs

Registration in training programs or sports academies is subject to the terms, age categories, and schedules specified for each program.

Subscription fees must be paid in full before the start of the program. Payment shall be considered confirmation of the customer’s acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

The trainee must attend at the scheduled times and follow the instructions of the coaches and management.

Missed sessions due to unjustified absence shall not be compensated. The management may allow compensation or freezing of the subscription in exceptional cases, at its discretion and in accordance with its rules.

The management has the right to suspend or cancel the trainee’s subscription without refund in the event of misconduct, damage to facilities, or violation of instructions.

10. Photography and Media Materials

Sporters Dome may photograph certain activities, events, or programs for documentation, marketing, or publication on official platforms. The user’s or trainee’s photos shall not be used for marketing purposes unless prior consent is obtained, or the express consent of the guardian in the case of a minor, at the time of registration.

The user has the right to withdraw consent for photography or publication at any time by notifying the management. Future use shall then be stopped accordingly.

The customer or any other party may not use the name, logo, or images of Sporters Dome facilities for commercial or advertising purposes without prior written approval.

11. Force Majeure and Emergency Circumstances

Sporters Dome shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or suspension of services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, emergency maintenance, service interruptions, government decisions, or any emergency security, health, or operational circumstances.

If the booking is cancelled by the management due to an emergency circumstance, maintenance, or operational reason, the customer has the right to request rescheduling or a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

12. Amendments to the Terms

Sporters Dome reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments shall become effective once published on the website or once users are notified through approved channels.

For material amendments, the company shall notify registered users and current subscribers directly through email or SMS within a reasonable period before such amendments take effect.

Continued use of the website or services after the publication of amendments shall be considered acceptance of such amendments.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website, its content, designs, trademarks, and the name Sporters Dome are owned by Sarh Entertainment Co. Ltd. They may not be copied or used without prior written approval.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall seek to resolve it amicably through support channels. If this is not possible, jurisdiction shall be with the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to the user’s right to refer to the competent authorities for consumer protection or personal data protection.

Second: Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy aims to clarify the cases in which a booking may be cancelled or a refund may be requested, in a manner that protects customers’ rights and regulates the operation of courts and services. The customer expressly acknowledges acceptance of this policy before completing payment.

1. Cancellation of Court Bookings

The customer may cancel a court booking and receive a refund or reschedule the booking if the cancellation request is submitted at least 12 hours before the booking time.

If cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the booking time, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund, and the booking shall be considered confirmed and non-refundable, unless the management approves otherwise due to exceptional circumstances.

In case of no-show at the booking time, the booking shall be considered used, and no refund or compensation shall be provided.

The management may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling instead of refunding whenever possible and available.

2. Same-Day Bookings

If the booking is made on the same day as the play time, the booking must be cancelled sufficiently in advance to allow the management to make the time slot available to other users.

If the booking is very close to the play time or was made shortly before the scheduled time, it may not be refundable unless approved by the management.

3. Cancellation by Sporters Dome

If the booking is cancelled by Sporters Dome due to maintenance, malfunction, emergency circumstances, severe weather conditions, or any operational reason, the customer shall be offered one of the following options: rescheduling the booking to another available time, or receiving a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled booking without any deductions.

4. Subscriptions and Training Programs

Subscription and training program fees are non-refundable after the program has started.

The customer may request cancellation of the subscription and a refund before the start of the program only, subject to management approval and after deducting any administrative fees or committed costs, if any.

The management may allow the subscription to be frozen or postponed once, in accordance with the program rules and within the period determined by the management.

Missed sessions due to unjustified absence, lateness, or failure to comply with schedules shall not be compensated.

5. Cases Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Cancellation of the booking before the scheduled time within the period specified in this policy.

• Cancellation of the booking by the management.

• A material issue with the court or facility that was not disclosed at the time of booking and clearly affected the ability to use the service.

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error or payment processing error, after verification of the transaction.

6. Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds shall not be granted in the following cases:

• No-show at the booking time.

• Late cancellation outside the permitted period.

• Leaving the court before the end of the booking time at the customer’s request.

• Cancellation of the booking or removal of the user due to violation of instructions or inappropriate conduct.

• Training subscriptions after the program has started.

• Failure to use the service due to personal circumstances of the customer without acceptable prior notice.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the customer must contact Sporters Dome through the approved support channels and provide the following: booking number, customer name, mobile number or email address used for the booking, date and time of the booking, reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence if available. Contact details are displayed on the website or official contact page.

8. Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within an estimated period of 24 to 72 business hours from the time the complete request is received.

After the refund is approved, the amount shall be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. The refunded amount may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment service provider, and within the reasonable period required by the relevant regulations.

The processing time may vary in the case of bank transfers, additional review, or a request for missing information from the customer.

9. Fees and Deductions

The amount shall be refunded to the original payment method used for the transaction whenever possible.

Any bank fees, payment processing fees, international transfer fees, or currency differences may be deducted if imposed by the bank or payment service provider. However, the customer shall not bear any deductions if the refund is due to an error caused by Sporters Dome, in which case the management shall bear the full refund processing cost.

10. Anti-Fraud

All refund requests are subject to review and verification. Sporters Dome has the right to request additional information or documents to verify the validity of the request and prevent misuse or fraudulent activities.

The management has the right to reject a refund request if manipulation, unlawful use, or submission of incorrect information is proven.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, the user has the right to be informed of and access their data, obtain a copy of it, request correction or updating, request destruction when there is no longer a legitimate need, object to its use for marketing purposes, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Such requests shall be submitted through the official communication channels. The company shall respond within the statutory period after verifying the identity of the requester. The user also has the right to submit a complaint to the Saudi Data & AI Authority.

8. Cookies
